To ensure that every customer receives products that are untouched and safe, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

A Gentle 5-Day Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Simply write to us at Info@lustrelines.com with your order details, and our team will assist you.

Eligibility

To ensure product integrity and hygiene:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • A valid invoice is required at the time of return pickup

As our products are consumable and crafted with care, opened items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

When We Step In

We will gladly arrange a return or replacement if:

  • Your product arrives damaged
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • The packaging is not properly sealed upon delivery
  • The product is not within its valid shelf life at delivery

Seamless Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep
  • You’ll be informed of the pickup schedule in advance

Exchanges are fulfilled within 3–5 days after the pickup is completed, ensuring minimal wait.

Delivery Concerns

If there are any discrepancies with your delivery, we request you to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch
  • Approved cancellations will be issued a full refund

In rare situations, we may need to cancel an order due to stock availability or unforeseen discrepancies. Should this happen, you will be promptly informed.

Refunds

Once we receive and carefully inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect
